My journey began on the volleyball court, where I discovered the power of strength, teamwork, and resilience. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a concentration in Physiology from Emmanuel College in Boston, I pursued a professional volleyball career, but injuries reshaped my path. During my own recovery, I realized that truly transformative results come from individualized, client-centered care.

With over a decade as a personal trainer and more than 1,000 hours as a Physical Therapy Aide, I blend physical therapy principles with traditional strength training to create programs that are as unique as you are. I believe fitness should be practical, sustainable, and empowering — fitting seamlessly into your life while helping you achieve real, lasting results.
